Have you made the call?

We were regularly meeting and interacting with our colleague’s business partners, friends & families too often until 2019. After the initial lockdown, it has come down drastically and we all were expecting & believing everything was coming back to normal & here we are.

The situations are worse than ever. Are we keeping in touch with our connections regularly? We all need to think about this for a while. This is the time when we all should connect & thrive together for a better tomorrow. Human beings are social beings. We are more powerful & empowered as teams than individuals.

A single brain may not come up with better ideas to adapt and grow in a situation like this, but a collective effort would definitely spark innovative ideas. Many people within our circle might be doing wonderful things. Collaborate with them online. Tell them what you are doing now. Get feedback.

Take the phone and make the calls. Allocate time to have more conversations than ever. Speake to even your extended circles. Discuss what they are working on, ask how we can be any help to them.

Make yourself visible. Have more video calls. Most of us are using social media platforms consistently now. Let others know what we are doing. Update what’s app status, Post on Facebook & Instagram. Tweet & Retweet about things around you. Connect, follow, Write Learn on LinkedIn.

Whatever happens, end of the day, don’t let a virus destroy your spirit. Keep in touch.
